I'm a former CIO but still a huge data nerd, and today, I'm in Sales, helping customers frame outcomes with data. Before moving into a Sales role in 2018, I spent twenty-plus years as a technology professional and executive leader. As a tech leader, I successfully implemented technology solutions for several of the world's Fortune 500 customers. As a sales leader, I work to share my experiences with customers and help lead them on a journey of achieving measurable outcomes, all while hitting or exceeding my quota during 4 of my 6 years in sales. So much of what we buy or sell is built on the promise of a result that is often never fully realized. My vision and commitment are to help bring that promise to reality. Additionally, I believe our focus as leaders is to build great teams, empower individuals to go above and beyond, and develop trust and respect with everyone with whom I interact and collaborate with. It's essential to remember that transformation involves small incremental changes aligned with your long-term strategic objectives. However, it doesn't come easily through a "Silver Bullet" solution.

As a Senior Enterprise Account at Pendo.io, I assisted product teams helping them make their products lovable by starting small and growing big. It's important to realize that where you are today is only part of the journey; it takes a vision of where you want to be that helps complete the path towards the future. #ThinkBeyond

My focus was to assist clients on their data journey, advising them on the concepts and patterns to successfully deploy modern data platforms and systems where data is accessible on a global scale, allowing people and technology to interact in ways they never dreamed possible. As the Chief Information Officer at Brierley+Partners, I led the transformation of Brierley’s service management, security, infrastructure, and data center operations allowing clients to interact in real-time with Brierley-hosted systems, both in AWS and on-premise at our CyrusOne co-locations. As a customer, I learned what it meant to lead, what it meant to have empathy, and how important it was to have trust with your peers and partners. Leadership isn't just a title; it takes action, being an example, and a desire to serve others.
