Program Design & Delivery - Designed and delivered a four-week pilot remote workforce program from scratch, achieving a 91% completion rate on the first run. 2. Employer Partnership Secured two real employer partners who provided live briefs, with 100% of completers producing a genuine employer deliverable and a placement pathway established. 3. Curriculum Built From Zero Built a full curriculum asset library — decks, quizzes, assignments, briefs, and learner materials — entirely from scratch during the pilot cycle, ready to reuse in September. 4. Learner Time Investment Structured 12 hours of live delivery across four Saturdays, with learners completing an estimated 20–25 hours of total learning activity across the program. 5.
