Representing P&O in the Region North-East Europe (NEE), leading the Heads of P&O in the countries and developing the regional Field P&O organization (incl. budget) according to the overall P&O Strategy of Siemens Mobility. This includes Germany, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland (incl. Baltics), Israel, Poland, Austria (Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia). Trusted partner to the Region / Country Management Teams and local Country P&O Heads, translating business requirements into human capital imperatives and supporting the implementation of the Global SMO People Strategy to drive transformation and business success in the region. Closely collaborating with Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment between global people strategy and local business/people strategy. This includes driving and effectively supporting business initiatives & priorities, Compensation & Benefits and People & Culture practices.
Global responsibility for development and implementation of HR strategies, systems and processes, leading transformation processes as well as change management projects for entire SRE organization (approx. 2.800 employees in more than 24 countries)
Regional HR Business Partner leading the HR teams across two regions, ranging from Poland to mainland China. Senior management team member, leading on all people issues and HR key projects. Responsible for all People Development topics across Siemens Financial Services incl. development of Key Experts, Senior Management Review, Talent Management and Leadership Excellence.
