I am serving as the CFO for the Camlog Group, a global leader in the area of premium dental systems, restorative components, regenerative and digital solutions. Jointly driving profitable growth for our company and enhancing our capabilities across the organization is my top priority. I have acquired a comprehensive skill set within the major Finance function areas, corporate/business strategy and operational roles in a multitude of international environments. Serving as the CFO for FME's business unit Critical Care & Ventures (CC&V) and co-lead the P&L as the Business Partner for the CEO CC&V. Extended responsibilities by leading the business unit’s strategic portfolio management efforts. Appointed as the CEO for Suisse based Unicyte AG (regenerative medicine) and CFO for Xenios AG (Heart & Lung Therapies). Furthermore, acting as the "FME25" CC&V program lead and as a Managing Director for FME Ventures.
Serving as the Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis and acting as the Business Partner for the Group CFO. Operational responsibility for FME’s Group Planning and Budgeting process as well as Management Reporting. FP&A leadership role in driving FME’s Finance Transformation program. Acting as the Finance lead for FME’s Transformation program FME25 targeting >500mEUR net recurring savings by 2025.
Areas of responsibility within the CFO office: Develop FME’s Performance Management and Planning capabilities, improve Acquisition & Investment performance and lead the annual Budget Target setting process.
Advised global clients with a focus on industrial companies and Private Equity firms in Europe, North America and Asia. Project contents (non-exhaustive): commercial and financial due diligence, growth and product strategy, efficiency programs and performance measurement as well as organizational redesign.
Advised Health & Life Science, Industrial Equipment and Consumer Goods & Services clients in Europe with a focus on Finance Transformation and Business Strategy. Project contents (non-exhaustive): organizational redesign with a focus on support functions, shared service and outsourcing strategies and performance measurement & management.
Financial Advisory and Audits for Software, Pharma and Automotive clients in Germany and Switzerland.
