je suis Cadre Supérieur, consultant en développement du secteur privé et expert en politiques jeunesse, entrepreneuriat, genre, formation professionnelle et emploi. Mon parcours en tant qu’entrepreneur, ministre et leader de la société civile incarne mon engagement envers le développement économique et social du Tchad. Nommé ministre à 29 ans en 2020, j’ai brillamment transitionné de l’ingénierie industrielle à la politique. Diplômé en géosciences, ingénierie industrielle et management de la performance publique, j’ai débuté au Conseil Économique, Social et Culturel avant de gravir les échelons à la Société de Raffinage de N'Djamena, où j’ai acquis des compétences techniques et managériales sur sept années. En 2020, j’ai été nommé Ministre de la Jeunesse et des Sports sous la présidence d'Idriss Déby Itno, puis reconduit dans le tout premier gouvernement de transition militaire avec un portefeuille élargi incluant la Promotion de l’Entrepreneuriat. J’ai initié des réformes majeures pour renforcer l’emploi et l’autonomisation des jeunes. Parallèlement, j’ai cofondé plusieurs entreprises, dont CCDI, General Services and Construction, et Oryx Communication, axées sur la diversification économique et la création d’emplois. En 2014, j’ai créé le Réseau des Jeunes pour le Développement et le Leadership au Tchad (RJDLT), une ONG qui pilote des initiatives phares comme la Semaine Mondiale de l’Entrepreneuriat, le Festival Agrobusiness Tchad, et le programme Digit’Elle pour l’inclusion numérique des femmes. À la tête du Cabinet CCDI depuis trois ans et demi, je développe des stratégies innovantes et veille à la durabilité des activités. En tant que Président du Conseil d’administration de SONACIM depuis 2022, je supervise les orientations stratégiques et mobilise des partenariats pour moderniser l’industrie du ciment tout en favorisant un impact social et environnemental positif. Je suis également Coordonnateur National de Tokna Massana et Président de la Commission de Supervision du Festival Tokna Massana 2025, une célébration majeure de l’identité Massa. Reconnu pour mes efforts, je suis Alumni IVLP, Ambassadeur Enterprise for Peace de One Young World, et Leader Climatique formé par Al Gore. Classé parmi les 100 jeunes leaders africains les plus influents par Choiseul100 Africa en 2023, 2024, 2025, je reste résolument engagé à inspirer la jeunesse africaine et à promouvoir des solutions durables aux défis actuels.
