• Work closely with the CEO to set and drive the company vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels. • Force multiplier for the CEO - gatekeeping, “stand-in” and special tasks. • Operations Management: - Translate strategy into business planning - actionable steps for growth, implementing company-wide goal setting, operations planning, performance management, focus areas and KPIs. - Oversee the daily operations of the company including: legal, finance (budgets), administration, operations, PR and HR. Work together with the department heads to ensure growth and to keep the businesses on track. - Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement and implement processes for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Set the leadership agenda – drive content and facilitate in different meetings such as management meetings and company updates. - Ensure decision delivery of the management team – decision-making and decision-execution. • Program management - lead cross-company projects and operational initiatives.
Performed two main roles in parallel: 1. Management of the Business Operations Guild • Established, shaped, and led the business operations division which included 50 operations managers. The guild is responsible for the business units operational excellence, business process improvement, productivity and organizational alignment. • Recruitment, training, and mentoring of the guild. • Program management - cross-functional team leadership with multi-stakeholder plans, managed complexed cross-departments strategic projects, which usually included 10 different business units, around 150 people. 2. COO of Bookings department; a business unit in Wix.com with millions of active users, which included: R&D, product, business analysts, designers and more. • Ensured all aspects of operations run smoothly every day and addressed any issues that came up. • Implemented business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO. • Projects and tasks prioritization, business performance and cross- departments alignment. • Developed and facilitated leadership meetings by setting the agenda, driving content development, and ensuring effective communication and decision-making. Ensured decision delivery and execution. • Crafting the culture and internal communications of the team. • Direct management: UX, content writers and data analysts which responsible for ongoing tracking, forecasting & analysis of business results and operational status, to enable data-driven decision making.
