Led Med physical crude trading in 2025. Have been leading North Sea crude trading since January 2026.

Grew accountable P&L >4x in 2 years. Led regional teams responsible for managing a products and crude short of >15 billion litres (including pricing exposure) and a tolling refinery. My reports included Supply Managers, Asset Traders, Asset Economists, Analysts and Operators. As the accountable leader for Eastern Hemisphere supply, my teams achieved silent running through the closure of Kwinana and RNZ refineries, amidst the backdrop of COVID disruptions. I acted as Industry Chair of New Zealand at the time of RNZ closure. As a member of bp's Midstream Leadership Team, I held senior stakeholder relationships with competitors, federal governments and ports. Included a 1 year secondment to bp's Head Office (UK) as Senior Originator, where I built global teams focused on structuring, negotiating and executing large scale energy as well as infrastructure deals.
Achieved record performance delivery in consecutive years, >50% higher versus previous record P&L. Owned a hedged trading book spanning physical trading, blending and tank hedging. Optimised all system imports/exports associated with the Mediterranean system, working closely with Castellon refinery. Originated a tankage footprint to establish a blending hub, and traded the position jointly with Book Leads.
Delivered record P&L and improved trading optionality. Maintained physical crude sourcing for bp refineries in the Eastern Hemisphere. Provided new value through extending refinery crude diets to arb grades, including execution of VLCCs and acceptance of new challenging grades. Several years in the Asset Economist team provided a bottom-up knowledge of crude valuation and refinery processes, enabling me to provide refinery view points to the broader Crude Bench.
Completed a large quantity of analytics and reports for senior GE leaders. Simplified three existing manual processes into automated processes, improving efficiency and providing greater visibility at all levels. Led a high profile volunteer event in conjunction with the Yarra Energy Foundation.
Delivered robust financial modelling and due diligence for investment decisions. Worked closely in the small specialised teams focusing on Oil and Gas, Base Metals, Precious Metals and Competitor Analysis.
