Development and delivery of an 18-hour specialized module in Sustainable Interior Design, integrating interior architecture fundamentals with applied sustainability scientific methodologies and design thinking approaches. The program covers core principles of interior architecture including ergonomics and anthropometry, space planning and spatial organization, composition and visual harmony, color theory and lighting, acoustics in residential and commercial spaces, user journey mapping, and the complete professional process from initial assessment to execution. Sustainability content includes Parsons Healthy Materials Framework methodology, life cycle analysis (LCA), circular economy principles, European regulation (REACH/ECHA), environmental certifications (FSC, Cradle to Cradle), and the Six Classes of Concern for material specification. The module features extensive curation of Portuguese sustainable materials such as cork, certified wood, natural stone and ecological textiles, alongside energy efficiency strategies, passive climatization, indoor air quality (IAQ), biophilic design, and construction waste management in real projects. Complete curriculum creation adapted to the Portuguese context, including development of specialized didactic materials (technical presentations, professional templates, checklists, decision matrices), curation of national suppliers with current pricing, and active teaching methodology with strong practical component. Preparation of professionals in career transition to develop sustainable and commercially viable interior design projects using design thinking processes, user-centered approaches, and directly applicable professional tools.

Residential: Contributed to the design and development of several notable residential projects, including the Vila by Lake Lucerne and the single-family house in Weggis. Commercial: Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to deliver of the Schiphol Trade Park campus, Intercity Hotel Zurich Airport, Baeuler Center, and the Car-Storage and Hotel in Steinhausen. Competition: Participated in the Parkhotel Nuremburg competition, showcasing design skills and creativity. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Archicad for 3D modeling and visualization, enhancing client communication and project efficiency. Participated in the design and development of the Intercity Hotel Zurich Airport another hotel project. Conducted comprehensive feasibility studies for major investment projects in Switzerland. Gained valuable experience in the architectural design process, from initial concept to construction documentation.
