Ross has been licensed in the commercial insurance since the 1970’s. Ross started with Allstate Insurance Company and moved on to Warren Freeman Company which was then acquired by Marsh & McLennan, Inc where he was a Vice President, concentrating on large risks, hard to place public entities and aviation risks. M&M closed their office in San Bernardino in 1991 and Ross moved to Davis & Graeber Insurance Services who was acquired by Hub International in 2011 where he has continued his work with servicing large hard to place public entities and aviation risks - Retired 2014
