I am a Director in Deloitte's Extended Enterprise, helping my clients to design, implement and operate sustainable, resilient supply chain programmes as well as third party risk management frameworks. I have helped my clients to re-structure the way they manage their programmes to result in a more efficient, robust and focused approach to both sustainable supply chain initiatives and third party governance. I have led very large global teams to help solve my clients’ most complex challenges relating to risk and compliance in their third party populations, including not just designing, but implementing and operating the third party management programmes my clients put in place. I lead our Sustainable and Resilient Supply Chain capability through which I support my clients across a range of subjects including regulatory value chain due diligence (e.g. CSDDD, EUDR), circular economy strategies and implementation, and supply chain decarbonisation. My specialism is helping clients role out programmes throughout the end to end lifecycle of a programme, and delivering them in a way that works in execution and not just in theory.
