The Communication, Information and Logistics Expert provides a wide range of information, communication, expert and logistics services to all the stakeholders /NGOs, business,different institutions and organisations, local authorities and citizens/: information about the opportunities for financing projects under currently active procedures for financial grants, general and specific information for national and European strategic programmes and documents, active Operational Programmes and preparation for the 2014-2020 programming period. The expert works on promoting good practices from projects implemented within the district, drawing general public' attention to them with a view to stimulating the active participation in the process of using European Funds. The Communication, Information and Logistics Expert manages the organization of all meetings, seminars, press conferences, etc.; handles translations and interpretations when necessary; prepares newsletters, memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations and works closely with media representatives at national, regional and local level, prepares announcements and press releases.
Projects planning and implementing, managing different kinds of analysis, strategies and action plans; developing strategic regional planning and programming documents, identifying and overcoming different kinds of problems /legislative, problems concerning human resources management, questions posted from citizens,etc/, developing project proposals, gathering different kinds of information; implementing projects, monitoring and reporting weekly project statuses and estimates, assisting in general project management, monitoring cash flow, etc.
