Responsible for the delivery of all contractual marketing materials to funders, broadcasters, and distributors for all White Pine projects, both dramatic (The Border) and documentary (A Promise to the Dead: The Exile Journey of Ariel Dorfman), both domestically in Canada, and worldwide. * Responsible for coming up with new and innovative ways to keep White Pine and its projects in the public eye with cross-platform and new media initiatives. This includes online marketing on social media sites as well as overseeing the creation of micro-sites for each of White Pine’s new projects as well as the entire Season Three website for The Border. * Responsible for the overall public image and brand of White Pine Pictures and it projects. This includes the creation of, and supervision of all press releases, special events, press kit materials, DVDs, and marketing pieces by White Pine. * Oversee the strategic festival and awards plan for each of White Pine’s projects including the execution of Academy Award campaigns and Gemini nominations.
Serve as a Lead System Engineer for several Nuclear Systems at Bruce “A’ and responsible for performing detailed pressure boundary assessments including design analysis and resolutions of code compliance issues of the Nuclear Steam Supply Systems (NSSS) in order to classify and register the legacy system modifications with the CNSC and the TSSA, respectively. • Preparation of Design Specifications, Over-pressure Protection Reports, Design Reports and Modification with Calculations and evaluations. • Coordination, costing and scheduling of project with weekly updates. • Mentoring other staff in pressure boundary procedures as well as review and acceptance of vendor design packages.
