As Founder of MedXcel, I built and manage a student-run tutoring organisation led by medical students, offering tailored academic support from KS3 to A-Level and medical/dental school admissions coaching. I designed and developed the company website, manage social media platforms, oversee finances and administrative tasks, plan team meetings, and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and client outreach. I also serve as a lead tutor, drawing on over 6 years of tutoring experience to deliver high-quality, personalised support to each student. Through this role, I’ve developed strong skills in business management, finance management, leadership, teaching, collaboration, communication, team management, Google Workspace, and content creation - while maintaining a clear focus on empowering students to reach their full academic potential.
