I hold a Master's degree in Development Economics from the Sorbonne, with a focus on project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and data-informed decision-making in international and social development contexts. My background includes hands-on experience working with international organizations, NGOs and social enterprises, with responsibilities ranging from stakeholder coordination and reporting to field research and impact measurement. At the United Nations Headquarters in New York, I worked with the Inspection and Evaluation Division (OIOS), contributing to the strategic evaluation of the UN mission in Afghanistan, with a specific focus on human rights. I conducted over 100 interviews with mission staff and stakeholders, led document and data reviews, and analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, NVivo and Qualtrics. I helped structure a theory of change, built dashboards, supported the drafting of findings and recommendations, and participated in internal team discussions and review processes. As Program Officer for Africa at Young Water Solutions, I coordinated two entrepreneurship support programs in Ghana and Uganda, dedicated to improving access to water and sanitation. I managed timelines, conducted data analysis and reporting, co-led training sessions, and supported external communications (newsletters, social media, reports). At PULSE (Groupe SOS), I supported five Country Managers in managing partnerships, budgets and operations across different countries. I also contributed to the formalization of HQ-field relations and helped monitor key project indicators. Currently, I work at Chanel’s Montaigne boutique, where I’m in charge of front-of-house coordination, VIP client appointments, beverage service, and stock management related to guest experience. This experience has strengthened my sense of organization, attention to detail and client relations in a fast-paced, high-standard setting. I am motivated by meaningful work that combines analysis, coordination and impact. I am open to opportunities in project management, evaluation, strategy, or social innovation—particularly in international or mission-driven environments.
