About

I am currently undertaking my PhD at the Institute of Ophthalmology, UCL. My project is exploring the imaging and modulation of immune responses to retinal gene therapy. I have an interest in immunology and how furthering understanding of the immune response can improve clinical outcomes. I have previously work as a laboratory technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific, after completing a BSc Biological Sciences and MSc Immunology of Infectious Diseases. I have experience in PBMC isolation, immunology assays, microbiology assays, fluorescence microscopy, bacterial cultures, and plasmid assembly and cloning.
