• Artwork Development: Created packaging designs, including boxes, labels, foils, and leaflets, tailored to internal needs. • Collaboration with Regulatory Affairs: Participated in meetings with the RA team, contributing to proposals for new packaging materials and product launches. • Engagement with Distribution Partners: Took part in discussions with distribution partners to ensure packaging met local market requirements. • Bill of Materials (BOM). • Marketing & Sales Support: Developing marketing materials. • Creation of 3D visualizations to enhance marketing materials and presentations.
• Design new and update existing labels • In collaboration with RA make sure that labels follow international regulations as well as business requirements • Be Focal point for internal stakeholders (Production, Product Development, IT, RA, QA etc) for all topics related to labelling • Improve existing and implement new labelling processes and tools as per business requirements • Create and maintain Procedures and Work Instructions related to the labelling process
• Responsible for creating graphics and prints of packaging materials for the purposes of product registration in individual territories • Responsible for developing the graphic design of packaging material in a graphics program, numbering, code allocation, and proofreading • Communication with suppliers, communication with affiliates • Quality management of packaging in terms of used materials and technologies according to legislation
• Interface up- downstream between Ferrero and Janoschka back office • Work alongside Ferrero’s Graphic Chain team • Participate and add input to pre artwork meetings • Ensure artwork and repro requirements, advise on colour reduction and other cost saving • Create and manage critical lead times • Receive and validate proofs together with Ferrero • Interface with printers and Ferrero procurement • Manage and review final print colour standards for the respective in partnership with Ferrero • Assist with training & development of the Ferrero Graphic process • Foster a team approach to process improvement with all of Ferrero value chain • Mediator between marketing’s needs and technical design and or print limitations • Production feasibility through technical expertise for print process • Participation in print run for international brands on behalf of the customer with responsibility for the approval
Quality Manager • Key operator for quality control (repro and artwork files) of 10 artworkers • Quality controller for text content • Prepress operator • Execution of artwork and preparation of repro files (Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Letterpress, digital printing) • Execution of text and layout changes according to client’s requests on international projects • Adjustement of artwork and correction of texts using information from customers through an interactive platform Texts adjustments are related to food and medical products (mono and multilingual, for example, Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Middle East countries) • Checking of texts in Arabic on the SRP according to documents sent by the client • When necessary, filled in as in foreign branches (Germany, Belgium) to help out during peak work periods
