EADCO US LLC is the American sister company of EADCO GmbH. The business activities of EADCO stand on two strong pillars: On one hand, the development of aircraft components with high expertise in the use of composite materials, as well as in the conception of conventional metallic structures.
EADCO (European Aerospace Design Consultants) was formed in Munich in 2006 by a group of aerospace professionals whose comprehensive, specialized competences have been derived from their experience in international aircraft development. EADCO is capable to provide new design from requirements assessment and conceptual design up to the release of data for manufacturing. EADCO has actively participated with success on several international commercial aircraft projects. EADCO is also involved in leasing of technical labor, who comply with the highest requirements to the most modern engineering services. All the core competences have been successfully used for years by leading European aircraft manufacturers. EADCO is also involved in the R&D of "Green Electric Power Technology" together with several partners. An example is the X1 Helicopter.
Scylax Aviation mission is to develop innovative sustainable technologies for the commercial electric aircraft markets. We focus on the research, development and commercialization of advanced technologies for all-electric aircraft.
Deutsche Aircraft Multi-Functional Team is stepping forward to achieve a high level “Digital Design for Manufacturing” related to the D328eco. The complete Aircraft including Structure (Single Parts and Assemblies), Systems, Interiors, etc., will be fully visible in a 3D digital environment. The target is the collection and migration of Design Data into modern digital format for a high Automated Production rate and frequent customizations and modifications. The result of the current activities of 2D/3D conversion will be a part of the company target strategy: • Digital Aircraft – 3D as Master, DMU completeness and governance, e-Integration and e-simulation • SMART Customized Aircraft – Effective and interactive platform, new PBS structure, Configuration Management, automation • Digital Factory – Automation, Digital Twin, Industrial simulation

Single aisle assemblies and single parts (design and production) will be fully visible in a digital 3D environment: Project target is the collection and migration of design data into a modern digital format for a high production rate and frequent modifications. • Coordination of the Multi-Functional Team DDMS-Single Aisle 3D as Master for S19, S15 Shells and Keel Beam • DDMS Processes definition • Program Management • Coordination of Data Collection including the single parts scan operation process / ME Data • Multi-Functional Team GAP_Reports decisional rounds – Engineering/Manufacturing
Scylax GmbH (formerly Elektro Sky GmbH) is a JV between EADCO and Elektra Solar (Spinoff from DLR, Institute for Robotics and Mechatronics). Our vision is to develop innovative and sustainable technologies for the commercial electric aircraft markets. We focus on the research, development and marketing of advanced technologies for all electric aircraft: "green energy - electric drive". We are working on two aircraft models named E6 and E10. We aim to enter the commercial aviation sector with our electric aircrafts soon. General aviation, from the mid to the high-end market, faces the new challenges of reducing CO2 emissions, noise pollution and avoiding fuel price fluctuations. In a society that is increasingly confronted with CO2 emissions, we intend to become one of the "first players" on the market for commercial electric aircrafts, which will transform our long-term innovation vision in a clean-green-reality.
