Rosalina is a BIM Manager with more than 11 years’ experience working as a Building Services Manager in the implementation of modern hospital projects. She is capable of coordinating services, such as Building Automation Systems, Air-Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, and Medical Gases along with the conventional ones, satisfying the National Healthcare Authority requirements. Her previous experience proves advantageous for the mitigation of issues and optimising build and design in a time-efficient manner.
She has excellent organisational and time management skills, provides accurate information for production in accordance with set deadlines, and strives for optimum working conditions in every executed project.
