I started my career as a metal fabricator and worked my way up through production and account management into business development, so I’ve seen the industry from the ground up. That hands-on experience has given me a strong understanding of how projects actually run — from drawings and fabrication right through to site and delivery — as well as the commercial side of building and maintaining customer relationships. In my current role with Hilti, I’m focused on developing Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) across Ireland, working with contractors and fabricators in sectors like pharma, data centres and energy. A big part of what I do is helping customers look at more efficient ways of building and supporting them with practical, engineered solutions. I’ve always enjoyed developing new business and building long-term relationships, and I’ve been fortunate to deliver strong growth in previous roles. I’m particularly interested in where construction is heading over the next number of years, especially around modern methods of construction, and being part of that shift.
Working as part of the Large Projects team in Ireland, focusing on developing Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) across key sectors including pharma, data centres and energy. My role involves working closely with contractors and fabricators to support the adoption of modern methods of construction, helping identify more efficient ways of building through prefabrication and engineered solutions. I work across the full project lifecycle, engaging with customers from early design stages through to delivery, while collaborating internally with sales, engineering and project teams to bring solutions to site. A big part of my role is building strong relationships, developing new opportunities, and helping position Hilti as a key partner in the OSM space.
