About

Most people work either in policy or in product. I've spent my career refusing to choose. I started in US healthcare — building and scaling products for payer and provider workflows, navigating interoperability mandates, and learning firsthand how administrative fragmentation quietly costs the system billions. That work gave me something most policy advisors don't have: a product builder's instinct for what actually gets adopted, and what doesn't. I focus on building and scaling products for the US healthcare industry, specializing in payer and provider workflows, interoperability mandates, AI-driven automation to simplify workflows, developer experiences and value-based care. Besides being a Product leader, I also focus on India's digital health stack — particularly the infrastructure being laid by ABDM and the National Health Policy. India is at a rare inflection point: the policy architecture is being set now, before legacy systems calcify. That makes the decisions being made today — about data standards, consent frameworks, public-private interfaces — disproportionately consequential. My work sits at that intersection. I advise health-tech founders and growth-stage companies on how to build with the policy grain rather than against it — where the regulatory tailwinds are, where the gaps between policy intent and ground reality still exists, and how to design products that hold up when the rules inevitably evolve. If you're building at the intersection of policy and product, I’d like to hear what you’re working on. **** Views shared on this platform are purely my personal opinions and analysis; nowhere are they related to my current or previous organizations.
