I have a professional experience of 10 plus years in the event industry. Started as an event coordinator in Mumbai and amplified to be a senior event manager. In this past decade, I have worked in more than 250 events. I have gained knowledge and experience in every aspect of an event, making me highly efficient in leading a team to plan and execute an event of any scale.
• I have executed 7 major projects and 35 – 40 small setups in these past 20 months with Chronicle events. My work has been indirectly responsible for a 50% increase in the number of events in the year 2023-24. An eye for detail and a maintained timeline have been my strength in making a positive impact on our clients. • Being the team leader, I have been the vanguard in every project planning. I have collaborated with clients and stakeholders to chart down project objectives, requirements, scope, project plan, timeline, and budget estimates. I have delegated tasks and responsibilities and maintained open and effective communication between team members to ensure precision in executing the timeline.
• I organized 4 lavish weddings and 10 – 12 social events in my 11 months with Elegant Moment. I headed the production and setup for all these events. • I was involved in sourcing vendors and coordinating the setup with them. I was the bridge between the designer and the production unit to bring the drawings into reality. I also created budget estimates, timeline, event show flow and coordinated the entertainment for the event. • In the team of Russian’s, my involvement gave them a head start in the Indian Market.
• As the Senior Event Manager in this prestigious organization, I have executed more than 60 events. After serving for 5 years as the Event Coordinator, I was promoted to Senior Event Manager. I traveled to different countries and cities with the Director to meet clients and conduct a recce of locations. • My responsibilities included meeting clients and discussing the plan, keeping them up-to-date with the progress, creating presentations, timelines, budget estimates, event plans, vendor management, coordinating between different department heads, and onsite project and team management.
• As an event coordinator, I have worked on more than 150 events. • I have prepared guest lists and coordinated RSVPs. The Excel sheet I created maintained complete details of every guest which includes their arrival, departure, transportation, stay, and special requirements. I have managed guest hospitality and logistics in many events. One among them involved a fleet of 550 cars. On-time is an important factor when it comes to events and logistics plays a vital role in achieving it. • I have assisted the onsite setup team and backstage management team as and when required.
