As Managing Director for Normec Foodcare in Germany, I am responsible for leading and developing multiple specialized laboratory brands across the German market, including LVL, Institut Metakom, Institut Friedle and GALAB, supporting food industry clients with high-quality, reliable and future-proof testing and advisory services. My role focuses on further strengthening our laboratory brands while helping customers ensure food safety, quality, compliance and operational reliability. At AGROLAB GROUP I have the position as director of the Food and Feed Operational Unit (OU) in South-West Europe. In this role I am responsible for the profit and loss of the OU in total. This includes: - authority to set the strategic and functional policy, - responsibility for OU P&L, - business manager of AGROLAB GROUP affiliates in South-West Europe, - the integration of new labs into the OU, - increasing and tracking the market share of all products and - the profit contribution of the products within an OU.
