▪ Management of the entire marketing team in the DACH region (product & channel marketing, brand & digital marketing, digital data management, training, marketing intelligence) ▪ Implementation & commercialization of the global product and brand strategy as well as adaptation to the DACH market ▪ Expansion & further development of digital marketing strategies (brand, digital, eCommerce, content) as well as driving digital transformation ▪ Cross-functional and regional stakeholder management (sales, European product, brand & digital marketing, finance, supply & demand planning, PIM & DAM) ▪ Responsibility (budget & HR) for the marketing team (5 group managers, 25 FTE)
▪ Establishment and development of the Brand & Digital Marketing team in Central & Eastern Europe with the aim of further developing and implementing targeted brand management in the markets ▪ Management of media and brand planning and ensuring the implementation of local campaigns ▪ Operationalization of the global brand strategy, the brand voice and the future positioning for all corporate brands in the CEE region using the global brand tool kit ▪ Responsibility (budget & HR) for the Brand & Digital Marketing team (2 Group Managers, 13 FTE)
