My role requires for me to lead the Creative Studio teams and being a 'Marketing - subject matter' expert for VMC clients. The main objectives for this role are Creative Service Delivery and reimagining Solutions & Workflow Implementation development. Creative Service Delivery responsibilities include managing the Studio creative teams (people, process, technology) to build client satisfaction, increase efficiency, meet established quarterly metrics, and grow the clients' business by looking for new opportunities to build and scale new solutions for existing customers. Solutions & Workflow Implementation development responsibilities align with sales efforts to advance new prospects by providing marketing operations and decoupling expertise to advance new prospects to clients. This involves assessing the client’s current situation, determining how our service offerings match the client's needs, defining the specific delivery model and leading the implementation of solutions with the new client.
Functional Responsibilities: (1) Customer : Managed the B2B marketing needs of the PG business by understanding the diverse customer base across geographies and proposing marketing plans with Channel depth & breadth objectives to increase revenue. (2) Vendor : Working closely with select vendors in conceptualizing, designing & implementing their B2B or B2C marketing plans for our customers or end consumers in terms of print & media, BTL & ATL productions, digital marketing etc. (3) Corporate : Shouldered the responsibility of reinforce the Redington promise with its stakeholders (Internal & External) in every marketing initiative attempted with goals to build on brand image, resonating in brand recall, reliability and positive PR.
