I Configured, implemented and supported the company's software products, the 'ODM' and 'Apricot' – Web based data management systems that track and report information on clients, services and performance. My role included working with SQL queries on mySQL database, documentation and correspondence with clients in English as well as delivering of training. It also required knowledge of HTML, CSS, php, VBscript, JS.
