I built Search Ads Relevance Product and setup end-to-end operational flows.
• Launched campaigns, analysed data and optimised bids through A/B testing on the performance campaigns through advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Apple Search) for 3 countries to increase awareness and consideration of the potential users and investors for StashAway within budget • Increased the efficiency of the team making recurring call-to-action decisions by building the dashboards using SQL for online marketing performance review and analysis • Improvised performance of the podcast ads campaigns by reducing the cost per additional podcast stream generated by the ads by more than 50% upon the implementation of online marketing campaigns by using podcast advertisements to increase consideration of potential users
• Co-built a Machine Learning Prediction model that predicts the vessels’ arrival time to optimise resource allocation for the largest seaport in Malaysia by engineering 9 features using Python • Performed financial valuation and impairment reviews for 5 companies in several sectors including automotive, pharmaceutical, reinsurance, and home-furnishing retail.
• Innovated a new AI integrated digital experience optimising data in driving traffic and revenue for Kiehl’s • Enhanced the digital customer experience by providing 3 main hyper-personalised features
• Enabled a platform to develop valuable skills of more than 148 Associates via organising 16 initiatives covering 9 different domains. • Led a team of 25 Associates across 6 countries to crowdsource lists of available job and internship opportunities during the pandemic period to deliver to the students’ community and the link has reached 3,170 clicks.
