Responsible for all new customer acquisition in the start up/ scale up and Digital Native space for EMEA (under 5 billion in revenue/10k employees). (Promotion) Led AdRoll's New Business Sales and Sales Development teams across 5 key markets in EMEA (DACH, Italy, Spain, France and MENA). Responsible for developing go to market strategies, mentoring, coaching and supporting each of the 10 reps and ultimately driving new business across the regions.

Promoted x2 (Senior Strategic Sales -> Principal Strategic Sales->Manager). First member of the AdRoll Sydney sales team. Presidents club winner - Within 6 months was no. 2 new business seller globally. Hired, trained and managed sales team, planned and executed AdRoll's go to market strategy. Negotiated and closed significant strategic longterm deals for the business. Grew office to 35 people in just under 2 years and revenue from $0 to a significant recurring figure.
Top performer on Google Australia's New Business Agency Team. By my second quarter on the team, I was the first AU rep to ever close $1m+ in a quarter in new business sales. The role involved working closely with Australia's largest media agencies to acquire new top tier advertisers. Included campaign development and execution on brand and performance campaigns.
(Promotion) Acquired high value advertisers across high yielding verticals including B2B, Media & Entertainment, Tech, Retail in the UK/I market. Role also included developing campaign strategies with clients and agencies across Googles advertising suite.
Identified and acquired new UK/I based advertising clients. This involved developing online strategies across Youtube, Search, Display and AdMob. Developed brand and performance campaigns for both advertising agencies and clients directly. Clients ranged from top tier SMB to established brands and large corporations.
Marketing Advisor on a specialist masters (MSc.) that concurrently runs as a marketing consultancy house. While on the masters programme worked on commercial projects for Reckitt Benckiser, IRFU, Souls of Haiti and Warchild Ireland. Recognised as one the most prestigious Marketing Masters in Europe.
