Responsibilities: •Oversee complete customer order fulfillment process for our customers (internally & externally) with a focus on exceptional customer service and monthly revenue targets. •Maximize product and order flow from distribution center to customer. •Responsible for SKU assortment for customers and ensuring system configuration is set up and fit for customer requirement. •Demonstrate and drive a customer focused approach in all communications with both internal and external customers. •Create weekly/monthly customer back order and shipping reports.
