Ronald van der Waals is managing director at Logicor and heading the Northern Europe, CEE and Nordics region, consisting of a total of 7.9 million sqm. Previously, Ronald was leading the office, retail and logistic sector in the Netherlands as managing Director for CBRE Investment Management and was the Fund Managing Principal of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund and the CBRE Dutch retail Fund. Before becoming managing director, Ronald has hold various other positions within CBRE Investment Management and ING Real Estate. Ronald holds a diploma in the Investment Education Program which is provided by the University of Cambridge and the International Property Forum and holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Ronald is a member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors.
