Instrumental in the process of the sale of the Company to new private equity partners, working closely with both Company's investment banking partners, as well as with buyers' due diligence and management team. Worked on several incremental debt financing ($85 million and $115 million). Responsible for M&A within the finance organization, executing on three acquisitions (foreign and domestic) and driving the integration of the acquired companies into Corsair.
Responsible for annual and quarterly budgeting process, treasury planning, long-term tax planning, internal product line profitability reporting, FP&A organization and ad hoc business analysis including M&A activity. Selected and implemented CPM system for budgeting and internal reporting in an increasingly complex multinational structure. Brought corporate cash tax rate down from 40% to ~18%. Successfully implemented $40 million bank financing. Supported $72 million private equity investment into the company.
