Responsible for the end to end operations; factory planning, in- and outbound logistics, warehousing, customer service, I.T. and business intelligence. Vionic sells science infused footwear, providing essential stability and addictive support through wholesales, our own e-commerce channel and strategic global partners such as QVC. Vionic Europe achieved turnover growth of 29% in 2018 and 24% in 2019.
Responsible for the distribution network in the EMEA area, supporting sales of 850 million euros per year. Includes customs, inbound, warehousing and outbound logistics activities. Leading a team of up to 400 direct and indirect reports in 3 "owned and operated" DC's (in Germany, France & the U.K.). Managing 3PL partners in Denmark, Italy, Russia, South Africa, Dubai & Finland).
Consolidated three separate warehouses into one DC. Led the search, negotiation, start up and refit of the new distribution centre. Implemented a new warehouse management system.
Responsible for all customs, transport and warehouse activities for New Balance EMEA.
Overall responsibility for all transport and warehouse acivities for the Weir Minerals site in Todmorden, Lancashire.
