Responsibilities include: • Build a dual-drill machine • Assemble an enclosed vacuum system for deburring machines • Redesign a wear plate of a hinge straightening machine • Test new automated deburring machine to ensure readiness for production • Design and machine a trunnion mount in-house using a manual mill
Temperature plotter that measures and plots temperature against real time using a linear actuator, Lego DC motor, Arduino board, breadboard, J-type thermocouple, signal conditioner, and several 3D printed components.
