Just think of your washing machine for instance that contains sealants to prevent it from leaking and has been powder coated to protect it against corrosion. Or, probably your favorite device, your smartphone. Held together with LOCTITE adhesives and having a nice, shiny casing allowing you to have a firm grip on it so it won’t fall. All these technical and aesthetic properties are the result of well-thought out surface treatments and adhesive technologies.
