I love to understand science at the fundamental level. From that solid foundation I can see problems and opportunities with lenses that may elude others. I then build on that with some degree of unconventional thinking to come up with fresh ideas and designs. Always with a respectful eye on what other people may have done and learnt. I see every problem as an opportunity, which makes me approach each problem with zest. This attitude has enabled me to effectively lead teams of engineers to overcome problems, prepare for potential ones and innovate for every increasing productivity.
