Ronald Chow was the CEO and Director of Brilliant Cold Chain Solutions Ltd responsible for leading a specialized team in sourcing investment opportunity of temperature-controlled warehouse in HK and China, providing design and build turnkey solution, financing arrangement and subsequent operation management. Prior to joining Brilliant in mid 2018, Ronald was the Operations Director of Vervain Resources Limited and responsible for supervising real estate investments and project executions, strategic development, setting up of best practices in the business operations and establishing quality assurance programme in both Hong Kong and China. Ronald was also Director of the General Partner of InfraRed NF China Real Estate Fund. Before that Ronald was the VP and Head of Project Development of Citigroup Property Investors Asia Ltd. He also worked previously at Hutchison Whampoa Property Ltd, Paliburg Development Consultants Ltd and P&T Architects and Engineers Limited. Ronald has more than 27 years experience in the real estate industry with a wide spectrum of functional exposure from consulting architect, project manager and property developer to investor with broad range of experience covers portfolios of multiple asset types, deal structures and regions. Ronald has recieved diversified educational and professional trainings. He holds Master degrees in China Business Studies, Investment Management (Asset Mgt), Executive MBA, Construction Management and Bachelor of Architecture. Ronald also holds qualification of Authorized Person (Architect), HK Registered Architect, PRC Class 1 Registered Architect Qualification, Licensed HK Estate Agent and HKMAAL Accredited Mediator in HK and Associate Value Specialist under SAVE International® USA.
