Successful track record as CFO of setting and achieving ambitious financial goals, driving growth & change, leading transformation programs and interacting with capital markets raising capital. Strong previous background in Merger & Acquisitions, with a track record of managing the full life cycle of 75+ M&A deals, from analysis to deal negotiation to organisational integration and separation. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Business Economics from Maastricht University. He also graduated as certified International Director at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
