Develop Airbus Aerostructure SA industrial ramp-up strategy along the S15/19 value stream to realize a monthly SA Rate of 75 A/Cs for all 7 Aerostructure GmbH sites. Be accountable for ~ €295 Mio. CAPEX plant HAM FCAC and ~€25 Mio. RU OPEX OP25 for all Aerostructure plants to upgrade industrial system. Lead and develop ramp-up / planning team (20 FTEs) & supervise ramp-up / planning Aerostructure community (~50 FTEs). Achieve stakeholder commitments to recovery scenarios & agree on planning decisions enabling production to deliver safe products on quality, time & cost.
▪ Lead, engage & develop direct planning, industrial (~8 FTEs) & transversal (~50 FTEs) team, promote collaboration and an inclusive environment to drive end to end industrial flow efficiency along the value chain (Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering / Supply Chain / Production / Quality / Finance / Logistics / Central Programme & Sales) contributing to increase Airbus profitability & reduce inventory ▪ Be accountable for best possible tactical & baseline production plan for A320 MCA VSM (5 hangars & 112 stations); communicate plan updates & capacity/rate adaptation analysis; achieve commitment to recovery scenarios & agree on planning decisions enabling production to deliver safe products on quality, time & cost ▪ Secure agreed inventory targets, 100% OTA, 90% Lead-time fulfilment, 80% MPS maturity & adherence to rate and achieve maturity B in AOS assessment for MPS brick ▪ Drive digitalization planning projects to create live data transparency & eliminate no value adding activities
▪ Secure 90% OT & OQ delivery of AFT section to Hamburg and FAL according to programme planning enabling 90% CSIP + secure 65% OSW reduction in FAL ▪ Lead all involved functions, suppliers & customers (PAG /S19 /STA /NZ /FAL /Central program /Planning/ Hamburg production ~ 50 FTEs) to boost team spirit, establish trade-offs and define mitigation solutions for production issues ▪ Deliver best possible baseline planning for A350XWB FAF for all Airbus planning updates ▪ Secure ramp-up capability & readiness + lead RC- & lead time convergence projects supporting EBIT & Cash flow targets ▪ Secure A/C development milestones (step 6 / 7) and be the section representative for management review meetings (upper management GEMBAs, PRMs, R/U reviews, PPM, risk reviews)
