Identified logistics and supply chain challenges along the way that had an initial completion delay of 40% but was able to identify, prioritize and swap resources to improve schedule by 30% of initial delay. • Involved in projects ranging from $2 million – $200 million and square footages ranging from 9,000RSF to 200,000RSF with cross functional teams of 30 stakeholders.
