- Lead and coordinate Theatrical Operations and the Production Show Department, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and administration. - Oversee and mentor managers, supervisors, cast, and crew, fostering collaboration, compliance, and professional development. - Manage logistics, vendor relations, training, safety, and technical production needs for large-scale entertainment operations. - Collaborate closely with Cruise Director, Senior Management, HR, and Finance to align departmental goals with company standards. - Deliver accurate reporting on performances, schedules, operations, and equipment, ensuring operational excellence. - Guarantee flawless execution of productions and guest experiences across venues and entertainment formats.
- Running technical rehearsals and maintaining show integrity for NCLH-produced productions and guest entertainers. - Learning and executing show calls; serving as backup caller for main shows: “SIX the musical”, “Burn the Floor” and “Velvet" - Managing MXP orders, purchasing requests, and consumables for theater/venue production needs. - Collaborating with the Technical Production Manager to ensure all technical aspects run smoothly. - Scheduling and overseeing work calls for the upkeep of sets, props, and equipment. - Supervising storerooms, inventories, and safe storage practices. - Leading and supporting production teams and guest entertainers to deliver consistent, high-quality performances.
- Called show in collaboration with production crew (stage, light and sound crew, automation, pyrotechnics) - Supervised maintenance and placement of props, taping out the stage floor, cleaning of stage and backstage - Utilised effective time management skills which help to provide smooth show running - Organised, scheduled, and managed in-studio and on-stage rehearsals - Supervised, supported, and created documents for stage crew and production cast - Performed safe and accurate rigging for various numbers of aerial acrobats - Acted as company manager for production cast artist
