    Working directly with Flexform Spa, which is a high end Italian furniture manufacturer. I am able to cross sell any brand and I have had direct brand ambassador roles with the majority of furniture brands at Harrods. Day to day our role is to engage with clients discussing their furniture requirements And sending diagrams, quotes and presentations. We are target focussed and aim to maximise every selling potential. We are able to supply homewares as well so we can cater for our clients every wish to fulfil their dream home.

    I Began employment with Harrods in 2008 in the Modern/Contemorary department, working with a small team in a large furniture space, with several supplier offerings in adjacent departments. We were encouraged to cross-sell in order to capture client’s expectations of furnishing their entire home. I have Visited several manufacturers in England, France, Germany, and Italy. In my Second year, I managed to be in the Harrods Top 100 sales people in the store.(no.59) Over my time at Harrods I have spent considerable time in various departments such as Fendi, Versace furniture, Visionnaire Natuzzi, Giorgio, Malerba, Flexform, Reflex, B&B Italia, Ligne Roset, Cattelan Italia, Knoll, Porada, Vitra, Duresta, Rolf Benz. We predominantly had international clients who had just purchased properties in London or abroad, and to help them achieve their ideal home we could utilise our in-house Interior Planning Service which involved visiting their properties, offering suitable furniture, and supplying clients with presentations, floor plans and quotations. Presentation at Harrods both in the showrooms and personally is at the highest level, standards require showrooms to be immaculate and our dresscode requires us to be pristine and professional.

The fabric library comprised of over 4000 fabrics and this formed part of my learning to supply the client with the appropriate fabric which best helped their needs. I would discuss with clients our online stock furniture as well as they were available to buy from our huge range online as well via a new website portal.
