− Assist with day to day tasks including support staff, computer lab and ticket replies. - Monitor network equipment using the PRTG tool. - Assist with onboarding and offboarding. - G-suite administration for company’s staff - Install and support software including O365 applications, Teams, Zoom and Chrome. - Build computers for new users. - Replace computer peripherals and break fix. - Printer and scan support for end users. - Create, reset and unlock users' accounts from Active Directory. - Help with network and Wi-Fi issues. - Build a computer lab for our clients with security policies.
