I am very interested and active in the hydraulic industry. I am very skilled in pump design and am currently working on understanding and extending the lifetime of hydrostatic machines. Prior to this I work on the system level, combining my knowledge of hydraulic components with system architectures. The primary focus is Displacement Control of large scale machinery as well as designing the right components to do so, in terms of lifetime and robustness.
Currently I am working on various pump design and analysis projects. Main focus of my studies are tribological improvements and lifetime extension of pumps. In previous projects I worked in hydraulic systems to improve efficiency and complexity of large scale mining excavators.
Computational Design of Axial Piston Machines - Developed a framework to design Axial Piston Pumps from start to finish using various computer models (CASPAR, Matlab Simulink, VPOptim, ProE).
Software Development/ Testing / Implementation on Excavators and Wheelloaders. Engine Calibration, and training of workers.
