Finance leader with a decade building and owning financial performance systems across high-growth, multi-entity environments. Currently Group Finance Director at Verisure and key contributor to the €18B IPO (October 2025), Europe's largest public offering since 2022. My work sits at the intersection of financial rigor and operational leadership. I build the frameworks that translate complexity into decisions: budgeting and forecasting models, KPI architectures, variance analysis systems, and long-range financial plans that anchor guidance for C-suite and investors. At Verisure France, I have strenghtened the financial maturity of the organization and help scaling the FP&A function, the tools, and the team that turned a fast-growing, double-digit growth operation into a financially disciplined, IPO-ready business. Revenue more than doubled during my tenure. Before Verisure, I spent four years in strategy and operations consulting at Bain & Company and Deloitte doing mostly corporate transformations, post-merger integration (PMI), value creation plans (VCP) for both listed and PE-backed companies across utilities, automotive, manufacturing, real estate and logistics clients. I believe Finance is a lever for operational performance and strategic decision-making to drive growth. I operate best where finance has real business ownership, where CFO and finance leadership participate in shaping strategy. On the frontier: applied AI in financial planning—from forecasting automation to LLM-assisted variance commentary and competitive intelligence in how AI is reshaping finance operating models.
