Stage axé sur la modélisation d'effets technologiques avancés sur des configurations de turbines Haute et Basse Pression de turbomachines. Travail portant sur l'implémentation de la méthode chimère, le lancer de simulations sur code de calcul NS3D (elsA) et l'analyse physique et numérique de cas concrets en aérothermie. La modélisation de ces effets technologiques permet d'améliorer la capacité de prédiction des performances des moteurs et par conséquent d'en optimiser la conception.
Research Internship based on the footing uplift of structures during earthquakes, in the Civil Engineering Department of the University of Auckland. The aim of this study was to characterize the movement a structure when uplift is permitted, and to compare it with the top displacement of a fixed based structure. The equivalence of a Multi Degree of Freedom structure (MDOF) to a Single Degree of Freedom structure (SDOF) has also been analysed.
