Leading a multi-disciplinary team of over 80+ folks including, Product Managers (7 direct reports), Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, UX Researchers making payment seamless and flexible for travelers on Booking.com My group created and owned our flagship onboarding and payment products including partner onboarding (3.1M partners), checkout ($70B annual collection), Pay later, FX platform ($150M in revenue) and payment at the counter.
Led a multi-disciplinary team of 25 Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, UX Researchers and Business developers enabling Uber users to pay the way they want globally across all Uber apps. Launched 100+ global payment methods to unlock seamless payment experiences ($500M GMV, $30M cost savings). Defined the 5-year vision and strategy for building Uber external payment ecosystem, Uber Pay (330k Uber debit cardholders).
Managed 3 Product teams (20+ FTE) delivering the couponing experience across all platforms ($300M GMV). Increased mobile CRO by 10% through design sprints & user research. Implemented analytics-driven optimization (GA, GTM, A/B test) to track KPIs and improve engagement.
