Since February 2025: Leading the Retail assets of Diriyah Gate 2 • The Grand Avenue : an iconic destination inspired by the Champs-Élysées, featuring over 85,000 m² of premium and luxury retail. • Community Retail: different clusters of convenience retail and F&B servicing the needs of the adjacent residential or offices communities. 2023 – 2025: Leading the mixed-use districts of Diriyah Gate 1 • Art District (60,000 m² including 7 Academies, Retail, Culture & edutainment offer, boutique offices) - currently in construction. • Samhan (Mixed Use Office). Project delivered in Dec 2024 (underground car park delivered in Dec 2023). • "RCOC" (35,000 m² including Offices, Retail, F&B, Health clinic, KG, Souq). • Events district (70,000 m² including Performance Halls, Retail, Offices). • Diriyah Gardens Conference & Events Center (50,000 m²).
Led early stages for Art District and Samhan: briefs, feasibility, consultants’ selection, concept & schematic design.
Leading a €1 bn pipeline of mixed-use developments (retail, offices, hotel, residential), including: • The “Sisters Towers” in La Défense : 95 000 m² of offices and upscale hotel. • “Lightwell” in Paris La Défense (refurbishment of 35,000 m² of offices). Delivered fully let in September 2024 • “V” building in Versailles (16,000 m² of offices and retail). Successfully delivered in March 2019. • “Invent Bruneseau” in Paris (mixed-use project of 100,000 m², including retail & offices). • “Reinvent Paris” - Pershing Site (mixed-use project of 50,000 m²).
Development of several upstream projects (> 115 000 m², total investment cost > € 300 Mn). Sourcing of new opportunities for retail projects. Local environment, land plot identification, analysis of competition, project positioning and programming, mix-merchandising (anchors...), design and layout, negotiation of partnerships (JV, co-development…), preparation of administrative authorizations. - Louveciennes project - "RING" project
In charge of : - Lyon Confluence project (Shopping mall of 53 000 m², including an Apple Store, a 12 screens cinema and a 150 rooms hotel), delivered in 2012; - Docks Vauban - Le Havre (Investment € 120 Mn) delivered in 2009, & L'Usine des Docks (outlet project). Global responsibility of those projects including: strategy, management of the investment budget, monitoring of leasing process (approval of proposals, negotiation of leases), follow up of interior design, legal aspects, local environment of the project.
Management of a team of 3 people, in charge of the development of a dozen of new projects. Winner of a call for tender for a mixed-used project in Montpellier with architect Rudy Ricciotti.
