Producing and casting premium audio storytelling for Audible France, from scripts to immersive listening experiences. - Oversee the production of French spoken-word content (audiobooks, podcasts and multicast audio dramas), from early development to final delivery - Build and manage a network of external studios, production partners and creative talents, ensuring high production value within budget and timelines - Lead casting strategy for French-language productions, working closely with agents, directors and actors to assemble strong, coherent casts - Collaborate with internal and external teams to shape each project’s creative direction (tone, sound design, music, performance) and elevate the listening experience - Coordinate multiple productions simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery across all stages of production and post-production - Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for French audio productions, in close collaboration with finance, legal and content teams - Contribute to the development of Audible’s French catalogue, supporting the growth of premium audio storytelling across formats - Act as a key point of contact between local and international teams, working closely with stakeholders across Europe
