Lead auditor on all EMEA operational audits (Spain & Italy, Hungary & Bulgaria). Contributed to Corporate Audits (ESG, Journal entries & Account Reconciliations). Contributed to Country Operations audit (Texas & Oklahoma). Developed and implemented new cross-process controls. Established a scoping methodology to improve audit record selection.
Developed a Data Governance Framework for all International locations (Processes, Resources, Cleansing, Automations). Automated data updated in JD Edwards using UiPath (Robotic Process Automation). Desgined and execution of Audit Remediation plans for International locations (i.e. SOD).
Proactive support to the EIM Council regarding Customer, Vendor and Materials workstreams. Led the Global Supply Chain Initiative (EMEA) to streamline our flows from Origination to Destination. Led the Cash Conversion Cycle Initiative including DPO, DIO and DSO (2 days gained). Drove the new counterparty onboarding process as the Subject Matter Expert which included the implementation and connection between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), SAP GTS (Compliance), Ecredit (Risk) and JD Edwards (ERP system) following the Counterparty Lifecycle Concept. Contributed to the GDPR process implementation.
Data management: Created and maintained Wholesale Customer Data for the European markets, defined complex customer structures (Sales Area) to meet logitics, contracts, ICS and Credit Management requirements. Provided quality checks to ensure alignment with the Operating Guidelines. Supported SAP implementation in different European markets (Italy, England, Netherlands). Supported other master data workstreams (Pricing and Vendors). Enhanced the Customer request form in Excel, provding an automated guidance to be fulfilled. Contract Administration: Managed day to day contract administration for 2 European markets (Switzerland and Germany), including print, singatures, and system update (Symfact). Proposed and obtained a cleasing project between SAP and Symfact. Designed and implemented a one way interface (API) between SAP and Symfact). Data analysis and cleansing between the 2 systems. Other: Maintained and improved the SharePoint portal (Onewiki) of the MDM department, sharing general information, policies & procedures, templates and best practices.
Directly linked to the General Manager, I produced different types of analysis: Provided comprehensive reporting of the daily operations, including sales, costs, margins to inform strategic decisions. Provided specific reporting of the top tier customers. Supported business expansion by collaborating with customers to budget and follow-up the project (feasibility & profitability). Proposed, developed and monitored (KPI) the operator reward policy to increase efficiency and reduce labour costs (+30% increase in efficiency).
Temporary assignment for a specific project to track and trace instruments (internal cards used to test final products). Site walkthrough to identify and locate instruments. Created the intruments database (+1000 references) in the ERP (Maestro) including product type, location and specific product ID. Supported the implementation of the loan flow in the ERP.
