Define Security Policy and strategy matching new business challenge (migration from paper to digital) for 42 Business units. Build a global / international added value network. Lead an international team of 25+ IT. Responsible for global security and network budget (Capex/Opex). Member of Edenred IT board (ComEx report).
Responsible of the review and overall implementation of IT security for 9 countries. Performed due diligence network/security audits across business units (BU) and data centers (DC).
