Management of the Program Managers team in Evionnaz site focussing on coaching and mid/long-term vision of products portfolio. - keeping one key customer in my portfolio (several products across 3 sites)
Program Manager takes care of products in commercial phase. Role is to make sure that all products in his portfolio are produced on time, in full within regulatory and compliance requirements at lowest possible costs. I am the first point of contact with customer and also the customer's voice within my organization for all technical aspects leading pluridisciplinary teams and having a particular relationship with the responsible Sales Manager for commercial topics. Besides, I am very focussed on proposing forward-looking concepts to improve product performance.
Overall responsibility (excluding business) for the evaluation, the development, the scale-up and the process validation at production scale for projects in my portfolio.
